Modern Luxury villa la Reina is located in Istria, in the quiet and nature surrounded location that leaves guests breathless. Spacious villa that can comfortably accommodate 10 guests all year with its heating and cooling systems. Living space is 680m2 and the whole area of this villa spans over 3800 m2 of land together with your private beach.
On the ground floor there is a spa centre consisting of indoor pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and shower, gym, children´s playroom, a room to relax with TV and pool table. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a bar. The services of the cleaning lady and housewife are included in the price. On the first floor there are five fully-equipped bedrooms containing television, private bathroom with shower or bath, and a private terrace overlooking the sea. The four bedrooms contain double beds and one room contain two single beds that can be connected. Summer evenings at the Villa la Reina make it even more magical because of the warm atmosphere that it creates.
