This amazing villa is located in Vintijan, a small village only five minutes from Pula. Built on the slope of a hilltop, it looks at a forest and a nearby marina. It is an architectural masterpiece, built using the latest standards and materials available, while the interior design is a story of its own. The materials and furniture used to equip the house are really outstanding. The whole estate is carefully planned and provides a seamless interconnection of interior and exterior. Combine that with an enormous ammount of style, and you get a contemporary retreat fit for a Hollywood movie. It´s fair to say that the estate is a product of meticulous attention to detail, and its guests will appreciate the energy and effort invested here.

The estate is built on a 3.700m2 plot with a private olive grove and an orchard. The house itself measures 335m2 with additional 135m2 of terraces and is completely air conditioned with an addition of floor heating throughout the house. It consists of four floors (one subterranean) with four bedrooms (all are soundproof), a living room, dining room, kitchen, 5 bathrooms, entertainment room, a wine cellar and a utility room. The centerpieces of the exterior are the heated outdoor pool with hydro massage (60m2) and an amazing outdoor kitchen/BBQ with a gym, showers and a toilet.

After entering the house you are greeted with lots of light from two huge glass walls extending over the first two stories. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a 3D glass fireplace, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its bathroom and a toilet. The living room spreads on 25 square meters and includes a sofa, flatscreen TV with satellite, CD/DVD player and a library with books and DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, cooking utensils, juicer, icemaker, freezer, water purifier and cleaning utensils.

The house contains a total of 5 indoor and 2 outdoor bathrooms. Each room has its own bathroom and all include shower enclosures except the master bedroom that includes a bath tub. All the bathrooms are equipped with the following amenities: utensils, towels, soaps, hair dryer.
The first floor consists of two more bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms and an entertainment area with a drink cooler, pool table, Playstation 4 and a glass finnish sauna with outdoor view. The entertainment area also functions as a gallery to the ground floor living room and equally profits from the two huge glass walls.

The third floor is a master bedroom with its bathroom, a walk-in closet and the huge 90m2 terrace we mentioned before. Truly an amazing place to spend sunsets, enjoy the sunshine or gaze into the stars.

The top terrace with the size of 90m2 is an amazing viewpoint from which you can enjoy the views from a jacuzzi while sipping on a glass of great Istrian wine (more on that in a minute).
You can spend the evenings in an outdoor summer kitchen equipped with wifi, a flat screen tv, barbecue, refrigerator, dishes, dining table for 10 persons. There you can also find a toilet, additional storage space and even a gym. You can make a tasty barbecue even more special using indigenous herbs found on the property.

The owners of the house are wine enthusiasts, and they thought it was a logical decision to add a subterranean space where you will find a wine cellar with 25 bottles of amazing Istrian vine of different brands for your enjoyment. We agree and applaud their decision.
Additional amenities are safes in all the bedrooms, iron and ironing bord and a washer with a dryer.
