Pietra is a huge villa located on the outskirts of Pula. It is cleverly designed as three separate and fully equipped accommodation units and is, considering it can take up to 18 people, ideal for a group of families or friends that like to be able to have some privacy during the day. The first and second unit have three bedrooms each and can take up to six people, while the third unit has one bedroom for two persons. Additionally, the second and third unit can both accommodate two more persons in their living rooms.
The outdoor part of the property consists of a huge covered terrace with probably the best outdoor kitchen with grill we have ever seen, a beautiful pool with deck chairs and an outdoor shower, a playground for kids and a second secluded terrace for a more intimate feel or morning yoga and meditation. While being at the property, you can have fun playing table tennis, shooting some pool or loose some stress in the gym. If you wish you can even get a personal trainer.
The house is ideally located for people who wish to explore the urban way of life in south Istria but still be able to access some of the most beautiful beaches. The city of Pula is slowly but steadily developing a strong street food scene focused on sea food, while the surrounding towns and vilages offer a wide range of great restaurants and taverns. Numerous activities are available in just a short ride, so if you want to switch to a more dynamic way of spending time, you can do so in just a few minutes.
